Our trade division is run by Gavin Bromell, licensed architect and owner of techlineStudio.
With first-hand knowledge of architecture,
interior design and construction techniques, techlineStudio is
positioned to consult with the professional design community and
institutional clients on the full range of project issues from initial planning and budgeting through installation and punchlists.
Volume discounts to trade professionals are offered when furniture layouts or dimensioned drawings are submitted.
To get started, you or your
client should bring any design documents or sketches to our showroom at
35 east 19th street so we may evaluate the project and prepare a prelimary bid. These documents may also be sent via fax to 212-674-1260, or emailed to Gavin@techlineStudio.com.
Our project management team brings all the necessary experience and attention to detail to ensure a successful installation from start to finish..
You or your client will be assigned a project manager who will coordinate communication between clients, architects, contractors, building management and job foremen.
He will be responsible for site evaluation and determine if pre-staging
of furniture should be done at our warehouse or at the job-site.
Certificates of insurance and other administrative necessities will be addressed. Delivery dates, phasing of installation areas, and job-site particulars will be reviewed.
Our project manager will oversee the installation and resolve any unforseen design issues in consultation with a designated contact. Final walk-through of the installation and creation of the punchlist, if any, will also be handled by our project manager.
Post install issues, warranty
issues, and general servicing of the installation over the years can
easily be addressed by calling our customer service department.
