Free Design Consultation

1. The process begins with a free design consultation at our New York City furniture showroom located at 35 East 19th Street, New York, NY 10003. Our displays feature contemporary and traditional home office furniture designs, modern or traditional office furniture, and custom furniture to help New Yorkers maximize space. We also feature a Murphy style wall bed that easily disappears into a cabinet only 20" deep. We talk about your problems, your needs, your space, and your budget. Together we will find solutions that will change the way you live and work. 2. By listening carefully and designing creatively, we arrive at an initial design and give you an accurate price quote. If you feel we have the right solution at the right price, we measure your space, your equipment, and make notes of everything from the electrical outlets to the dimensions of your baseboard moldings. 3. We prepare final drawings for your review and approval. Now you choose your colors, finishes, handles, lighting and other personalized details making your home office furniture or commercial office furniture unique. You receive copies of the final drawings to confirm we’ve captured everything correctly. 4. Our scheduler contacts you to propose a time for installation. If another date is better for you, just let us know. We work with you to address delivery and installation issues such as building management requirements, insurance certificates, delivery times and permitted working hours. It is our job to make sure it all goes smoothly. 5. Our uniformed and experienced installers arrive on the scene. If specified, they field cut your desktop to maximize surface space, or install filler scribes for a built-in solution. They cut wire holes in cabinets, install desktop grommets, and hang wire management troughs to keep your electric cords and computer cables off the the floor and out of sight. They hang wall cabinets, install radiator grilles, position fabric panels. They even clean up after themselves. 6. We contact you after your installation to address any open issues and to make sure we got it right. We need to hear that you’re a happy customer. 7.
